Scott Mitchell, Past Board President
Scott Mitchell is President and CEO of Mitchell & Associates Strategic Communications and Consulting firm in Oklahoma City, OK. As a father of three, child welfare issues are personally important to Mr. Mitchell. As a business owner, it has been his objective to offer pro-bono assistance in such areas a health and child welfare awareness projects.


Sheila A. Baker, Board President
Sheila is a Tulsa resident and is employed as a Paralegal with the law firm of Hall, Estill, Hardwick, Gable, Golden & Nelson in Tulsa. Sheila received her Associate Degree in Applied Science - Legal Assistant, from Tulsa Community College in 2000. Sheila is involved in her community through Oklahoma CASA - Board of Directors, Tulsa Area United Way, and The American Lung Association as Chairman of the Tulsa Area Asthma Walk.

Pam Dose, Urban Program Rep Director Tulsa CASA
Pamela Dose is the Executive Director of Tulsa CASA, Inc. and an Urban Representative on the Oklahoma CASA Association Board of Directors. She is also an active community leader and volunteer, serving on many other committees and boards. Before joining CASA, she was the Assistant Director of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has served as the President of the Tulsa Association of Volunteer Administrators, is on the advisory board of the Read Now! Program and been involved in many other community organizations.


Maria Rosales-Lambert, Oklahoma Interviewing Services, Inc.
Maria Rosales Lambert is a Forensic Interviewer with a glowing reputation amongst professionals in the field of child protection. She conducts Professional Training on the forensic interviewing of children in many venues across the country. She has been on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities. She has over 400 hours of training on child abuse and neglect and over 600 hours of law enforcement training. She has conducted over 650 interviews of child victims and witnesses.

Karen Wolf, Area Manager AT&T External Affairs
Karen Wolf has been at AT&T Oklahoma since 1981. Currently, she is an Area Manager for AT&T Oklahoma’s state regulatory operations. She is also in the process of completing her Master of Arts in Liberal Studies at the University of Oklahoma. She formerly served on the Board of Directors of Downtown Now.

Tiana Douglas, Board Vice President and Treasurer
Ms. Douglas has 18 years experience as Executive Director of the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority. Prior to that time, she was an Assistant City Manager for the City of Oklahoma City. In both capacities she organized and participated in processes that lead to the development of projects including the construction of the Centennial Expressway. She is a graduate of Tulsa University with a Masters from the University of Oklahoma.

Joseph L Clytus Jr. Clytus Industries
Joe Clytus has had success in both the public and private sectors. He has served as Vice Chair of the Oklahoma City Public School Board and is on many other boards of directors. Among them, he currently serves on the Oklahoma City Boathouse Foundation board, where he is a driving force behind a breakthrough at-risk youth rowing program serving the Oklahoma City Public Schools. He has long history as a community servant. He is married to his childhood sweetheart, has three sons, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Crystal Huff, Board Member
Ms. Huff has served as Director of the 13th Judicial District CASA since the summer of 2003. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the Professional Who's Who.


Karla Luginbill, Board Member
Ms. Luginbill is director of the Little Dixie CASA Program, which currently serves three counties. After receiving her degree in Business Administration, she began working at Little Dixie Community Action Agency in 1998 as Family Service Center Coordinator. She completed volunteer training in April 1999 and has personally advocated for 14 children. Her program began with 2 staff, 1 full-time and 1 part-time, and was operating in only 2 counties in her court’s jurisdiction. Presently, Little Dixie CASA is serving all 3 counties with 3 full-time and 1 part-time staff.

Natalie Shirley, Board Secretary
Ms. Shirley is the president of a large insurance company where she has developed extensive practical experience with board governance and operations. She is also a lawyer and sits on the boards for several other nonprofit organizations as well as her son's school. Ms. Shirley is the mother of three "difficult to place" adopted children and knows first hand the power and necessity of child advocacy.


Ron Harp, Board Member
Ron Harp has specialized in overall administrative and managerial experience throughout his professional career. Mr. Harp has been responsible for budgets up to 50 million dollars and has had supervisory responsibility for up to 500 employees. He has worked with all levels of elected officials including local, state, and national. Mr. Harp has many years of experience collaborating with and organizing communities. Ron Harp is the Vice-President of Training and Development as well as Project Manager for Upper Mohawk, Inc., regarding contracts with the Department of the Interior. He is responsible for the national training program impacting Department of the Interior employees and over 300 American Indian Tribes. In November of 2001, Mr.Harp retired after 28 years of service to the State of Oklahoma’s Juvenile Justice System, as the Deputy Director of the Office of Juvenile Affairs. Mr. Harp began his career with the State in 1975 as one of only seven employees who designed and implemented the statewide juvenile system. Mr. Harp was administratively responsible for all programs and support services for the Oklahoma Juvenile Justice System, at one time or another. Mr. Harp has worked closely with several Governors,legislators,State Supreme Court Justices,and elected officials statewide throughout his career. Ron Harp has been responsible for conducting several needs assessments. He was responsible for assessing the data collected, providing recommendations, and making design decisions on actual programs from needs assessment results. Mr. Harp was also responsible for implementation and training regarding the outcome of these studies. He was responsible for the organization of the program training, as well as providing some of the training, itself. Mr. Harp has a Master of Science degree in Human Relations and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology/Psychology from the Oklahoma State University. His professional memberships include: National Certified Mediation Association, National Council on Juvenile Justice, Oklahoma Council on Juvenile Justice, American Correctional Association, Ada Rotary Club and National American Indian Enrollment Association.
